Telling inspiring stories of bravery, resilience, and ambition to achieve greatness. This will certainly be a great journey with very inspiring people.

At Visara Media we are passionate about telling inspiring and emotionally engaging stories. A film can incite change and make the world just that little bit better. 

This documentary series in production challenges perceptions and show that there is a rewarding life after spinal cord injury and to see opportunities that disabilities can create, as opposed to opportunities lost.

We reached out to Back Up with the idea of sharing some stories from the incredible people who rebuilt their lives with help of the charity. The importance of telling such stories is not only to raise awareness of their personal journey but also to inspire others in a similar position.

We have teamed up with the dynamic William Penrice to produce this series of films to inspire people to look at disability differently; to see opportunities that disabilities can create, as opposed to opportunities lost.

For over twenty years William has facilitated change in businesses across the imaging industry. This is an exciting step for him to use his skills to make things happen for the benefit of others.

Williams personal motivation to support Back Up follows a minor spinal cord injury he sustained in 2004. In the years since through outdoor activity volunteering, William has seen the magic Back Up can do to change lives. Back-Up is simply the lifeboat that brings a beacon of hope to people in their darkest hour.

We aim to challenge perceptions and show that there is a rewarding life after spinal cord injury.
